Returns and exchanges

You can return your order within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order for any reason. However, we can only accept items in their original condition, all original packaging.

If you wish to return your product please follow these instructions:

Please notify us at info@liebers.studio including your order number in the subject line. Please put the invoice inside the package and ship it by secure service to the following address:

Please note that at this time we do not offer free returns.

Please note that we are happy to exchange your product for a different size within the same model. 

If you would wish to check size availability, do not hesitate to contact us at info@liebers.studio.

We can hold items for you and process the exchange after receiving your return.

The exchanged item will be shipped to the address from your original order.

Refunds of the products sent back in original condition are processed within 14 business days from receipt.

Please note that the refund of the payment is made using the same method of payment as used for placing an order.

Returns that do not meet the aforementioned conditions will be sent back to the customer.

Please note that for orders from outside the EU with a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) shipping option, the refunded amount will be equal to the price paid at checkout less the import duties and taxes as these charges are only collected on behalf of the Customer's national tax authorities and are not charged by Liebers Studio.
